Nicole represents a unique fusion of two specialties, combining, functional assessment, through movement analysis, therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and modalities.  Aspiring to achieve immediate and long term results by diagnosing and treating movement dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms.

She is dedicated to restoring patient’s optimal functionality, regaining their power of movement and contributing to the enhancement of performance. Taking an ‘individualised whole person’ approach to patient’s health and well being.

Clinical areas of interest include; lower back pain, soft tissue injuries, shoulder and knee injuries. The core principle of her practice is the patient’s involvement in their own care through education, awareness, advice, empowerment and participation in their treatment.

She also has a comprehensive course list including; Sports Massage, Medical Acupuncture, Advanced Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage, Mobilisation, Kinesio Taping and Elite Athlete Surgery Recovery Management.
